Lots of phenomena has been experienced including temperature drops, people sudden sickness and having to leave the venue for  fresh air, sudden changes of taste, tugging on clothing and many more.

There are a few spirits that are thought to be settled in this venue. They include the mill worker who fell down some stairs and died after falling into some cogs of the working mill; also a spirit of a female cook has featured in the kitchen of the mill and the old lady is said to be sitting in her rocking chair watching the day go past.
