Terms & Conditions for spooky-nights.com (SNDC)

IMPORTANT Please read before buying any SNDC event tickets:

1.  Anyone attending an SNDC investigation must be aged over 18 at the time of the event. SNDC reserves the right to ask for proof of age. If you refuse to supply this, or are unable to provide it at the time of the request, SNDC management reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.

2.  If anyone is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drug at any time immediately before or during an event will be asked to leave immediately. If the investigation venue has a bar where drinks are available to be purchased before or during the event, you may be asked to drink in moderation and not to exceed the legal limit for driving. In some cases, you may be asked to abstain. SNDC will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries arising as a result of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

3.  Ticket prices do not include travel or accommodation. Food and/or drink may be included in the ticket price. Please check individual event information for details. If nothing is mentioned assume that no refreshments will be provided.

4.  SNDC encourage all customers to bring their own equipment together with any personal possessions which enhance their overall experience. However, any such items that are brought to the events remain the responsibility of the owner, or custodian. SNDC do not accept liability for damage or loss of such items. By taking part you agree to indemnify us (SNDC) and the location against any loss, damage or theft to your personal possessions whilst taking part in any event.

5.  SNDC pride ourselves on having extensive specialist investigation equipment for use by its customers during paranormal events. As this equipment can be very expensive, SNDC management ask that you treat it with care and that you do not abuse it, otherwise, we will render you liable for any loss or damage incurred.

6.  By joining SNDC on an investigation you agree to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner at all times. This means that you must be civilized at all times and follow the directions of your nominated SNDC Team leader or the overall SNDC Manager. If any instructions are unclear, please ensure that you ask for clarity from a member of the SNDC management team.

7. Any payment made or taken as a deposit is non-refundable.

8. Where a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks in advance of the event date.  If the full payment is not received by that date, your ticket will be cancelled, the deposit will be retained and the ticket will be made available for resale by SNDC.

9.  Any ticket paid for in-full is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rearranged by SNDC. At SNDC's discretion, the ticket may be transferred as full or part-payment for an alternative SNDC event. The transfer, if agreed, must be for an event to be held within 6 months of the original date of purchase.

10. SNDC do not stage or fake any incidents during the paranormal investigations. Any allegations of this will be treated very seriously.

11. Paranormal events can be frightening on occasion and can be quite tense. SNDC therefore suggest that if anyone is of a nervous disposition, or may be pregnant, must take this into consideration before attending an event. SNDC will not be held responsible for any distress, harm or injury caused as a result of any unexplained activity or fright. You attend at your own risk.

12. SNDC film and sound-record all of our events. By booking to attend one of our events, you automatically agree to being filmed and also give consent for your image(s) and/or voice-recording being used on SNDC’s website or Facebook page (or the Facebook page of any member of the SNDC management team).

13. Smoking indoors at any of locations is strictly forbidden. Any designated outdoor smoking areas at the venue will be identified by the SNDC management team on the night of the event. If in doubt about the correct location for smoking, please ask a member of the SNDC management team rather than making any assumptions.

14. Overnight paranormal investigations often take place in cold and damp conditions. You are advised to bring appropriate clothing with you to match the conditions. You must be prepared for all weather conditions/temperatures.

15. No naked flames of any sort are allowed at any SNDC event. Anyone that breaches this rule will be asked to leave and may be banned from all future SNDC events.

16. If you have any special needs, on medical grounds, please discuss them with the owner of SNDC prior to buying any ticket(s) to ensure that your needs can be accommodated. We will do our best to achieve this.
