News Round Up

Welcome to our monthly roundup of news and updates from Spooky-NightsUK.com.

It’s been a very busy year so far, and indeed we always find that January is one of the busiest months for ticket sales, and 2011 has been no exception. In fact 2011 has been the best year ever so far for ticket sales in one month. So everybody at Spooky-NightsUK.com would like to thank all our customers for this.

We have also been asked to stage events at a location venue steeped in history, and indeed this has drawn a lot of interest to our website for tickets for this event. The Old Ferry Boat Inn event went live on a Wednesday evening and was completely sold out by the Thursday evening. This was much to the surprise of the venues manager as well, and because of this quick sell out of the event, we have been asked to do a further night at the venue.

And now Gary Albone, has been asked to contact another venue in Lincolnshire, to conduct a similar event, after our professional posters caught the eye of the venues manager. More details of this to come once the meeting takes place.

Our first ‘Live’ event of the year was a great success for many reasons. Firstly we had more users in our chat room than ever before. But not only that, some of the information the mediums and team leaders were reporting into the hub over the radios, whilst the teams were working, was researched by members in the chat room, and reported back that indeed, they could match up the information the crew were providing.

This seemed a great success on the night and I know that our IT guru was shattered after the event, as he was on the go for 5 hours researching and updating our blogs. As it was such a success, we have decided to bring you one ‘Live’ event a month. So carry on checking our website and we will be letting you know in advance, which events will be the ‘Live’ ones.

We have also seen a big increase in our Twitter followers this month. If you not following us yet, then please do so, our twitter name is spooky-nightsUK. We will also be announcing some special offers which will only be announced over twitter, so you really need to follow us to take advantage of these offers.

And lastly, after reviewing some EVP recordings from late last year, we have something interesting we would like you to all listen too. This can be found on our website. When you listen to it, you will hear a group using a Ouija board, however if you listen carefully, you will hear what we think sounds like 3 taps on glass, shortly after this you can hear a very faint bell ring, and then a few seconds after that, we hear a bell ringing very loud. On the night, everyone concerned did not hear these sounds or report anything strange. So could this be paranormal?, let’s hear what you think.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and we look forward to giving you another update in February.
